Shipping

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of items is at the expense of the customer. We accept exchange or refund for a period of 15 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns from shipment ordered with free shipping will be charged the initial cost of shipping.

Shipments take between 2 and 10 business days in Canada and 5 to 15 business days in the United States.

Free shipping on all orders over 200$. Free shipping applies only to regular prices items.

Custom fees may apply to any orders made outside of Canada. Any custom fees are not refunded.
